Ebony was absolutely wonderful to work with. While browsing at different homes online, her Facebook advertisement would continue to pop up. They were so always positive with helpful information which drew me to her. From the very first conversation, I knew why. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, patience and hard work were so rare to find. I talked to her about a new program I had heard about that I was interested in. Although she was unfamiliar with it, she immediately got on the phone to gather information. She paid attention to what we were looking for and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. She was quick at setting appointments and not afraid to ask questions. She was just as excited as we were when we would find a house that we wanted to submit an offer on and just as upset when the offer wouldn't go through. After almost a month of looking, she convinced us to try again with our very first choice. We were hesitant because it was priced within comps but still outside of our comfort zone. We were amazed that she was able to work her magic, especially at this time in the housing market, and get an offer of less than $15,000+ than asking price accepted. I can't speak highly enough of Ebony as our real estate agent and now our friend.
