ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Easton to sell and also to buy. My husband and I interviewed 3 realtors before selecting Easton & the Grubb Campbell Group. Our first experience with him was very positive. He was sensitive to the fact that it was a bittersweet decision to place the house on the market (it was my families home for 50+ years). The house was in need of updating but Easton did not make us feel discouraged by this. I know his team had listings for homes that were much more expensive than ours, but never once did he make us feel less important or like a B list client. Our house was listed on a Wednesday then a open house on Sunday. We opened escrow on the following Monday. The 1st escrow fell through because the flakey buyer got cold feet. The very next day, Easton called with another offer and this time it was a full price offer. We then closed on the house about 2 1/2 weeks later. We would highly recommend Easton for his professionalism, dedication and compassion.

ZillowVERIFIEDI chose Easton based on his immediate response to an inquiry I made about a couple of rentals and some general information I requested about the specific area I was interested in buying and/or renting. After 20 years of wanting to be a Santa Barbara resident, in the Riviera, I started looking January 1st 2019, giving Easton an area of about 5 blocks which included roughly 4 streets.
