Sarah Harris-Smith (9.3.21): I can't believe the dedication of this team. They were with us all the way. Ours was a three year journey that often seemed impossible. The Key team never gave up. When I thought I'd been forgotten, Earnest would call to check our status. Even if our circumstances hadn't changed much, he responded as if we were still one step closer to our goal. The words of encouragement, commendation (yes, they would tell us what a good job WE were doing) and motivation would come to us at just the right time. We appreciate the sincerity of their mission - helping us find the perfect home. We're not high on the financial ladder, but I never felt like it mattered. My status and treatment was equal to both the top and bottom rung. To be clear, they treated me (not my finances) like a V.I.P. throughout this journey. My family and friends are lining up as they prepare to start their journeys because I have never had cause to say anything negative about this team and it's leader. Earnest truly led the team.
