I've bought and sold 5 homes now, and he is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and "on top of it" realtor I have ever worked with. Ours was a double contingent situation, which naturally comes with much risk and plenty of opportunity for the deal to fall apart...just a LOT of balls in the air at once. His whole team (title company and mortgage team) were flawless in execution. Never missed a beat, not once. Kept us on track and on schedule (a huge fete I. Faith is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I've met. She obviously is truly invested in finding homes for her clients. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor in my corner. Faith patiently weeded through all of the listings I sent her to determine if they would qualify for the type of loan we were using as well as presenting others as she came across them. She brought us our options in detail down to the expected payment and walked us through them one by one. She was honest and open with us regarding our needs, desires, and the market. She was very responsive throughout the process. When it was all said and done, Faith was able to get us into a home bringing zero to the table, a two year home warranty, and all appliances. I love that I knew I could count on Faith to help me process everything that was going on along the way. She is just amazing.
