Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Works hard to find the house you want and may surprise you by showing you an unexpected house that wasn't on the list but meets buyer's needs. He won't try to up-sell you on a house that is out of your budget and will say if the property will require a lot of work & money to renovate. He will also state if the property tax will blow the budget. Fights hard as your advocate negotiating in his client's best interest with the seller's agent.

I went through three realtors over a year and a half to sell my house. Dwane was the fourth. We had an two offers four days after Dwane listed the property. After we sold our older house, Dwane helped us look at a lot of new properties and helped us view them around our schedule. He was casual and collected as well as professional. He helped us find our dream home and walked us through everything that needed to be done to get our new place. Hopefully we wont need Dwanes services in the future but if we do I'm glad to know hes there to help us out with our needs!
