Originally from Cincinnati and raised in Vail, Dutch brings a deep connection to Colorado living and a passion for helping clients find the perfect home. After earning a full football scholarship to Arizona State University, where he played tight end and earned his Business degree, Dutch transitioned his competitive drive and teamwork into real estate. Dutch helped me buy (2005) and sell (2013) my home. He went above and beyond on both deals and I would highly recommend him. I was out of the state during both and he was excellent at keeping me informed. He is well connected and took care of all the inspection items which saved me from having to fly back. Both times I worked with him there were unusual issues that came up but he knew what to do and got the job done.

Dutch was very helpful in selling my property. The buyer had many difficulties with there financing. The buyers had a long list of unreasonable inspection objections that was used to try and adjust the price in their favor. Dutch rolled up his sleeves and worked through many weeks of meetings and walk throughs with contractors and the buyer. The sale got done only with his determination and patience.

Dutch was a very caring realtor and kept showing us houses until we found the one we liked. Anytime you needed to talk to him he would respond back to you immediately. He was there to answer any questions and if he didn't know he would request information from the listing agent immediately. He also helped with our loan company to get the closing done as soon as possible. If we buy another house we would definitely call Dutch, very professional.

Dutch showed us a house we were interested in when the listing realtor didn't return our call for a showing. The house was under contract -pending. We were advised by Dutch on how to make a bid as a second interested party if the first bidders deal fell through. In the meantime he continued to look for a house in the area we were interested in, even looked at a listing that came w/ chickens and a moving van to assist in moving. Same day we looked at the house that we bought. Move in condition and got to know the sellers. We closed within a month. Closing & possession of home was painless due to the professional manner in which Dutch handled transaction. Even though he had a family emergency he was in daily contact w/ us through out the home purchasing process. Dutch is a proud dad often speaking highly of his kids. Without reservation we would sell or buy another house through him again.

Dutch listed my house in Washington Park in August 2012. He was the consumate professional. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process to me. His marketing program is amazing and far-reaching. We had a lot of showings. He was prompt about returning my calls and emails, as well as holding open houses upon short notice. My floor plan is not good for the type of families shopping for houses in my neighborhood. I decided to take my house off of the market until a future date when I can fix the floor plan.
