I have heard other agent's say "The number 1 goal is to get a check at the end of the transaction!" I actually strongly disagree with this philosophy. Although I do need to get paid to feed my family, my number 1 goal is to make sure my client LOVES the service they received at the end of the transaction. If you love the service you were provided, you will tell friends and family about me and I will never have to worry about a few dollars here and there. I also have in-depth knowledge of foreclosure relief in the form of short sales, deed-in-lieu, and just getting CASH offers for clients so they can move on with their lives.
