Dustin Wanninger

Representing Cincinnati homeowners, future homeowners and investors, Dustin is committed to listening to each of his clients wants/needs and utilizing his negotiation skills to have the most successful transactions. Even though Dustin spent all of his childhood on East side of Cincinnati, his knowledge with the greater area of Cincinnati is unmatched. Dustin has a background in customer service and sells however, he has always had a passion for Real Estate. After investing in a couple properties, he knew he wanted to make a lifetime career out of it. He became a licensed REALTOR in 2018 and has exceeded the expectations yearly. In 2021 Dustin created his own team known as, "Cincy Dream Team". The team grew rapidly and he now has five other licensed REALTORS and an assistant to ensure each client is taken care of to the best of their abilities. Aside from Real Estate Dustin has a wife and 2 beautiful children - whom he enjoys spending quality time with. He also manages two investment properties, collects sports cards, has a passion for working out. His ultimate goal for his career, is to assure each client finds their dream property. He is confident in his skills and knows he can ensure each client is satisfied in making one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime.
