I am a partner to my clients that uses my experience and background in Title, Mortgages, and Real Estate to help clients avoid pitfalls during the buying or selling process, and I HELP protect against bad decisions. I provide insight, advice, and options that normally may have been overlooked through my 17 years of business experience. I don't "sell" homes. I am a "Trusted Real Estate Adviser" that is a partner with my clients and a friend after closing.

My back ground:

Owned and operated a franchise with 15 employees. Working 80 hours a week for 2 straight years, doing payroll, scheduling, taxes, bookkeeping, hiring, routing deliveries, ordering management, has prepared me for the multifaceted aspects and extensive hours of being a "Trusted Real Estate Adviser"

I was also a Loan Officer for a year, in Pest Control for a year, and in the Title Insurance for 7 years. I currently hold a license in Property and Casualty Insurance in addition to my real estate license. My background gives me useful knowledge into the multiple layers of a normal real estate transaction.
