Dustin did an amazing job helping me on a fixer upper. Unfortunately we did not end up buying it because of a number of reasons, but it was Dustins overall knowledge of real estate that saved us from making the wrong purchase. From the very first conversation I had with Dustin I knew the process of selling my home was going to be a smooth transaction. Everything we talked about as far as listing price, repairs that might need to be done, and the possibility of offers potentially falling through he reassured me and made me feel 100% comfortable that the sale would get done. His knowledge of the area and constant contact with agents and buyers made the sale completely stress free and I honestly feel I couldn?t have worked with a better agent.
