Feb 1999 - Present: Local real estate investor and property manager. Actively manage rental property for long-term tenants and vacation rentals.

October 1992 - October 2002: Event Management and Sports Marketing. Event Director for leading sports marketing firm, included site development; implementing full marketing plan for ticket and sponsorship sales.

July 1988 - October 1992: Commercial Real Estate, Seeley Company in Irvine California. Represented buyers and sellers in the Orange County office market.
