Went up for sale in June and ended up selling in November, not by any fault of his own but purely because the first buyers we had backed out. Through the entire process Duane had our backs 100% and gave advice that he himself would take and never did anything to aEURoejust sell the houseaEUR?. He is extremely thorough and if you use him to purchase a house, he never pressures you to buy anything. He will search WITH you until you find the house you fall in love with. While I did move out of state, it saddens me I couldnt take him with me because of how professional and caring this man is. He definitely sets the standard for realtors and hes the one Ill be comparing other realtors to. He is absolutely STELLAR at his job and you can tell that he loves what he does

He did the negotiating with the buyers agent and made sure I knew I could make changes to their requests. He worked around my schedule. My home sold within a month and closed within 2 months. I was very pleased with Duane's knowledge and skills and thankful he was recommended to me!
