We needed to sale our Lake Home, there was ceiling damage from a leaky roof. Doug brought contractors in and fixed the problems. the cost was around $3,000. Other agencies wanted to sale our home for $100,000 with the damages. Greater Thumb took care of the problems and sold our home for $195,000.00 how do you put a price on costumer service? $3,000 invested $95,000.00 return, $92,000.00 profit, Thank you!
