This was his first time with a mobile home purchase and he quickly adjusted and helped me through the process as I had never purchased a home before and was clueless. He explained things to me so I could understand and was patient with me when I didn't understand and got a little anxious. He was prompt and always answered when I called and checked on me and the process weekly and sometimes several days a week. If I wanted a showing, he got me right in and was amazing at providing me with referrals for things I needed done. Thank you Doug.
