ZillowVERIFIEDDJ was our realtor when we bought our first home in 2019 when we were a family of 5 and he was amazing then! Over the next 6 years he remained close, always kept in touch, checked in, and sent annual Thanksgiving pies. In October 2024 we reached back out to him to potentially sell our 3 bed 2 bath condo and upgrade to our forever home as we were pregnant with our 6th child and would become a family of 8 at the end of November. We fell in love with our first showing and DJ got our offer approved with the contingency to sell our current place. With the economic situation right before the election and high interest rates it was a tough market. The challenge of selling our home was longer than anticipated and we were in escrow for 3 months. Throughout the whole process DJ was our light. He was always right there in our corner and bending over backwards to make things work. He didnt give up on us and instead showed us he was confident we can persevere through this and get to the finish line! His professionalism, honesty, and expertise is unmatched!
