Doug is simply the best in what he does. He and his team raised the bar through out the entire home buying experience. I bought my first house in 2009 with Doug's help, went back to him for the house that I recently purchased and will be working with him again to sell one of my existing properties. Doug is very knowledgeable with the housing market, provides more than enough guidance to the home buyer, very detailed on his inspections, very dependable (available anytime), knows a lot about residential properties on what to look out for in terms of risk and guides the home buyer towards the correct decision. Terese helped us buy our first home in Fremont, CA. She was very patient and supportive throughout our home buying process. I had a fabulous experience with Sadie as my realtor! I was browsing house inventory but unsure if I was ready to buy until I toured the house I fell in love with and ultimately purchased. I saw my house on a Sunday, contacted Sadie on the recommendation of a friend later that evening, got approved for a loan over Monday and Tuesday, and put in an offer by Wednesday morning. Sadie was reassuring and supportive throughout the process while still making sure that we moved fast. She communicated with the seller's realtors to ensure they knew us and to get a better sense of what offer would be competitive. Even in this crazy market, Sadie made sure that my first offer on my first house was accepted! Then, throughout the whole escrow process and even after closing, she has been amazingly helpful and thoughtful -- explaining the process and answering my questions, meeting when needed, brainstorming improvements I want to make to my house, providing endless recommendations for contractors and workers upon request, connecting me to my home warranty provider so I could get my house re-keyed, lending me her personal lockbox so workers could get into my house, and surprising me with gifts to celebrate closing. This list doesn't even feel like it covers everything she has helped with. Through it all, she has been exceedingly responsive to texts and calls and always has a positive and professional attitude.
