It's always good when a transaction goes smoothly, as that makes us feel that we have done our job. It is VERY satisfying when we get to work with first time home buyers, and the smiles on their faces when we hand them the keys to their new home!
Previously, my wife and I owned an antiques store and restaurant in Hutchinson. Being a native here, when we closed the business I decided to start my final :-) career in real estate. My wife was already a Realtor, and she could teach me everything she knew!! That was in 2010, and I have enjoyed ALMOST every day in this challenging field.
