When buying, ask questions of your real estate agent. Are they educated, experienced, a full time professional, etc. Anyone can past a test and have a real estate license. Choose one that has more that a business card behind them.

Use a professional! If your agent is using a camera phone or a dime-store camera, find someone else. Your agent not only needs to be a professional, but use a professional for still photos, aerial photos, and Matterport 3D Tours. It doesn't matter if you found the cheapest agent if your home doesn't sell.
