About Doris Wright

My Husband Michael and I are both realtors....and we are definitely not your typical real estate team! We work in many areas of Northeast Ohio, including in Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga Counties. We came into the real estate business 15 years ago from a completely different industry , so we bring a fresh approach to home buying and selling. We find that what clients like the most is our upfront and honest approach to marketing and home buying. We represent luxury buyers and seller. down sizing owners, first time buyers and everything in between. We have many years of experience in dealing with estates and out of town sellers. We take our job seriously, and still have a great time doing it. Meeting new clients and taking some of the mystery out of the buying or selling process puts our clients at ease. We explain the process in simple terms, helping them to be in charge and confident in the real estate transaction. On the flip side, we renovate and design homes. We are always renovating area homes, and enjoy reviewing home designs and the latest lighting, flooring, and materials.

This was my second opportunity to use Doris and Michael, the first time was in purchasing a new home for our residence, the second was to sell a deceased family members home.In both cases I , was extremely pleased in the communication and responsiveness, no question was unimportant and was answered cheerfully and with great expertise.In buying, they showed us homes with our desired options and once decided worked with the seller for a very fair deal. They also shared some of their suppliers to aid in the repairs and other purchases we needed before move in which saved us considerable money.In selling they also work the same way, saved us considerable money on the cleanout, and marketed the house aggressively and got multiple offers within days. We had neighbors that were interested in the home, but Mike insisted that they show the home properly as to not let us slip up and not get true value, He said "That is our job and that is what we do.
