I have my Real Estate license and have been doing business since Dec. 2009. I have a partner, Avel Soto, who has his Real Estate License and has been doing business since April 2007. We have been working together as a team since 2012. We have several years of giving wonderful customer service between the both of us. We our proud to say that 95% of our Business is from our past clients that come back to us. We have done several transactions with most of our past clients, as well as them sending us referrals from their friends and family. We pride ourselves in the service we give our clients. We are always available to help where needed. We both Love what we do and genuinely care about our clients. I have a business background; I've owned my own business since 1991 and have a lot experience in Real Estate personally. I strive to help my clients achieve their end goal, whether it be a first-time home buyer, those who are downsizing, as well as those who are upsizing, relocation clients or the investors. I have the experience needed to help achieve the goals of my clients. Avel has worked in the service industry since 1993 and has an extensive background working to get the results accomplished. He is very detail oriented. He too has the experience of helping our clients achieve the goals set forth. So as a team, we balance each other out and get the job done with our client's goals, as our #1 priority.
