About Doreen Leichty

Living in Washington County my whole life I know the area very well. I am a full time real estate professional, committed to being the best buyer & Sellers Agent in the Pittsburgh Region. I graduated from Canon McMillian High School, then I operated a Hair Salon which lasted for 28 years. That's a lot of haircuts...LOL! With experience in home construction, I can recognize craftsmanship that make a quality home . Personally I built two residential homes and understand the stress and commitment involved in new home construction. Buying property, permits, contractors, quotes, estimates, etc...etc... It took over 2 years to sell my last property, as I now understand the importance of understanding honest real-estate knowledge verses bias expectations. I know what it's like to sit at the closing table crying with emotions of leaving a home that you love. I have 3 son's that I raised and proud of. You all know what a job that is!!! I am very honest and dedicated to making the home buying experience as enjoyable yet professional as possible.. As treacherous as the home buying process can be, working full time with the Leichty Team we truly train to deliver the best experience possible. I'm working with my son Shane & Ashley as a team so we are always here to help!

Highly recommend Doreen! She was awesome to work with. She is no pressure and truly just wanted us to find the right home for us. She was very responsive and was so accommodating since we had to do all of this while living in England. Even after we closed, she continued to check on our house, let repair/utility servicemen into the property, and help us track down different service providers. I'm so glad we went with Doreen. Doreen was an absolute amazing person to work with during our home buying process. Doreen has been my go-to gal for years now. We met back in 2017, I was only 21 and looking to buy my first home! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the way, and I was so gracious to have her on that journey! Fast forward a few years, and we were ready to sell our home! Once again, a first time experience for us! She was on top of it! The process was so fast, and she even gave us advice on small upgrades that would help us sell faster! Once our house was sold, we dealt with the difficult market that the pandemic brought. She took us to so many houses I lost count! She got us into every house we wanted to see IMMEDIATELY! The entire process took 8 months to find the perfect home, which was just in time as we are welcoming a baby boy here shortly!Doreen has become family to us!
