He not only helped us clear out the property, but also coordinated all the extra work that had to be done before listing. Donta was there during the cleanout, paid attention to details, and kept things moving forward. His communication and responiveness always kept us in the loop. There were a few hurdles during the process, especially when it came to delays with our contractor. The buyer requested some changes and things got dragged out after some unexpected issues, but Donta managed all the back and forth patiently, made extraa visits to the property, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
