My client lived in California, she wanted a location for her friend to spend last days in Oklahoma. with a tight budget and two weeks later and a few hundred miles on my pickup, my client texted me at 9pm at night interested in a location. That night I made an appt to go view the location at 9am next morning and before I got in the driveway, I knew this was the home for them. The owner showed up and he and I are Veteran's and we talked for 45 min or longer. He and I made a handshake and deal was made. I also want to add that that listing had over 10 offers above my offer. Its good to know that a mans word these days means something. I respect that. as Iam straight forward and I dont sugar coat anything.
