Donna is an ace at gauging the market, is very well connected in the community and responds immediately to calls, texts and emails. Prior to selling out house Donna took a detailed tour of the house, recommended small repairs and made great staging suggestions. When the time came to sell our house, Donna presented a very thorough and well constructed market review and price recommendation. The presentation took nearly an hour due to the fact that she had so much data. It was very impressive. We decided on a listing price and she set to work with final staging, hiring a great photographer and preparing the electronic listing. Due to Donna's grasp of the market, her marketing savvy and tenacious attitude we received 2 offers each 13% above our asking price prior to the home listing becoming active! wow Donna professionally presented both offers, assisted us in evaluating the pros and cons of each and we made the right decision. She listened to and understood my thoughts and feelings as a Nashvillian around who we sold to. We had to wrangle with some squirrelly buyers but she always kept me informed and negotiated a good deal in the end. Buying or selling a house can be surprisingly emotional, and she was a good guide through all of that. She was always reachable when I needed a question answered (or to give me the key code at a weird hour on the weekend, when I'd misplaced my key).
