Donna's knowledge of the Chico Housing Market was spot on. We asked for top dollar and received the price we wanted. Donna was always available any time we needed to ask questions and she got the answers in a timely manner. Donna facilitated the final removal of items we did not want and the cleaning of the home. As we were moving out of the area, this was a tremendous help. I couldn't ask for someone any better; she took personal care of every detail of the sale including get us a mover. She is the best.
