You cant go wrong with Donna the Moskowitz. From the appraisal of my home, to showing me comps in the area, preparing the home for a neat photo shoot, the prose for the listing, listing, showings, offers, contract, negotiations, and final closing, she was with me every step of the way, educating, guiding, tipping on improvements and such.
