Donna has been such a pleasure to work with! She has so much experience, knowledge, and expertise and yet, is not at all pushy like so many seasoned realtors can be aEUR" she was very accommodating with us and although she did voice her opinion, she did not push it on us and was truly supportive of our requests. We originally had another agent and were ready to go on the market the following day, but at the last minute, he pulled the cord and said he decided he was not comfortable listing it as high as we wanted. Donna came to our rescue and agreed to list our home at the price we wanted! Our house was on the market just under three weeks - we had 11 showings and 3 offers. We ended up selling for $15K over what our original agent said we could hope to get aEUR" the highest in the neighborhood to date! Donna was truly our lifesaver and took a very stressful and chaotic situation and steered us into calmer waters. She was very personable and professional and kept communication open throughout the entire process.
