Donna was the first of 3 agents I planned to have come to my home to discuss listing it for sale, but I was so impressed with her that I cancelled the other 2 appointments and signed with her. She has extensive knowledge of the area and a very solid record of home sales going back many years. She sold the home in only 3 days, at $5000 over my asking price, and the entire process went quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend her to anybody wishing to buy or sell a property.

I was referred to Donna through a mutual friend. I was relocating from NJ and I needed someone that understood my wants and needs. She not only followed up on properties I sent her but ones that came up on her search. She was ALWAYS available and went above and beyond to help me. She also kept me in the loop during the entire process during the inspection, etc., and the NC laws. And during all of this long distance process, she talked me off the ledge a few times!I have the upmost respect for her, her knowledge, expertise and just a wonderful person to work with and know. Shes just the best!!

Donna was wonderful in so many ways!! She cares about you as a human being and the work she does...she loves the job she does and it shows. Donna always communicated with us every step of the way, explained the process and what to expect as well as why. Donna was proactive in setting dates, getting all required inspections done as immediate as possible as she understands in this market, time is of essence. She communicated regularly with the lender and the seller's realtor as well as the inspector and all the players. Donna listened to us and knew what we wanted and needed in a home and from a realtor and was able to meet our needs. Another great thing about Donna is she is born and raised in NC and knows not only the state like the back of her hand but is also connected with people - she knew who to call and had so many resources! Donna was honest and earned our trust throughout the process. I would refer anyone wholeheartedly - you are in GREAT HANDS.
