I'm a couple of years late in writing this, but I wanted to finally share my amazing experience with Donna. Exceptional Experience with a Professional and Nice Person. After my father-in-law passed away in August, we knew that my mother-in-law would not be able to stay in the house they called home for over 30 years in Crestview, FL. My wife and sister-in-law asked me to manage the sale so I asked a friend who had worked as a realtor in Sandestin for a referral and she introduced me to Donna. Donna instantly showed her client-centric service style with incredibly prompt response time to all inquiries and displayed impressive local area expertise with her knowledge of the property and its neighborhood. Since I was handling the transaction remotely, she adeptly adapted her approach to marketing the as-is sale to a motivated target buyer type and provided expert advice for appropriate pricing. Within 3 days of the listing going live we had several showings, 2 offers and closed the sale in 25 days.
