I am originally from Orange County California and spent many years visiting friends and vacationing at the Colorado River in Yuma. We loved Yuma ~ so in 2005 we decided to get out of the hectic California lifestyle and moved to Yuma! The weather is fantastic (most of the time!), and Yuma is still one of the few places where people can still afford to buy a fantastic home and know they are making a good investment for their future.
