About Donna Camisa
Prior to becoming a realtor, I enjoyed a busy career in the legal profession for 22 years, both as a paralegal and legal administrator. That background has enabled me to effectively represent clients and guide them through the process. Buying a house should be happy, fun event - not a stressful one. My goal is to MAKE YOUR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION A HAPPY, STRESS FREE, AND FUN EXPERIENCE! I will help you negotiate the best deal your money can buy, and ensure that your real estate transaction runs smoothly, efficiently, and is a pleasant experience.
Here is what I will bring to your transaction: Reliability, honesty, accessibility, strong work ethics, a high degree of professionalism, good organization, and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the process. I will LISTEN to your real estate wants and needs, will be available when you need to reach me, or will respond in a timely fashion. I HAVE THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND DRIVE TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!
CREDENTIALS: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, which offers higher education for real estate professionals. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, experienced in handling Short Sales and Foreclosures. I am also an Accredited Buyers' Representative, who works almost exclusively with buyers. If working with a seller, I will assist with staging and offer you tips to help your home show the best it can so it will sell for its highest projected value.
I assist first-time buyers, those downsizing or expanding, and vacation-home buyers, to include beach and waterfront properties.
