I am a dually-licensed realtor associate who actively practices in both Toms River and the Beaches areas in Ocean County, New Jersey, and in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area of SW Florida. I have lived on the water for many years, and am greatly familiar with all the waterfront neighborhoods. I sell quite a bit of waterfront properties, and am familiar with post-Sandy regulations.

Prior to becoming a realtor, I enjoyed a busy career in the legal profession for 22 years, both as a paralegal and legal administrator. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, experienced in handling Short Sales and Foreclosures. I am also an Accredited Buyers' Representative, who works almost exclusively with buyers. If working with a seller, I will assist with staging and offer you tips to help your home show the best it can so it will sell for its highest projected value.
