One recent situation I’m proud of involved helping an out-of-state owner who was struggling to manage their rental property from afar. I coordinated a smooth move-out inspection, quickly arranged for needed repairs, and had the property professionally cleaned and photographed. Within a week, I secured a highly qualified new tenant on a long-term lease. The owner was relieved, the transition was seamless, and the property never sat vacant — which is exactly the kind of result I strive for with every client I manage.

I began my real estate career over 19 years ago, starting in office operations and quickly developing a passion for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps transactions running smoothly. Over time, I found my niche in property management — helping owners protect their investments, maintain legal compliance, and enjoy a hands-off approach to rental ownership. I also have extensive, hands-on training in property management operations, including tenant screening, lease preparation, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
