We worked with Doniella as our listing agent. She helped us sell a bare piece of land in Klamath County Oregon. She was always very responsive to our needs and answered any questions we had about the process in a timely manner and professionally. We knew going into selling bare land would be a longer process than selling a home but we all had patients and it worked out well. We liked the photos she took for our listing and she had a good description of the property. She was also very understanding and responsive when we asked if she could make a couple changes to the listing. She also shared her company's marketing with us that had our property featured on the front page a couple of times. Once we had an offer she was all over it-texts emails and phonecards as needed. Even late night updates. My husband and I would call her again if we have any other real estate needs in Central Oregon.
