A lifelong resident of Broward County, Dondi Hopkins is the founder of and team lead The Hopkins Team, a preeminent group of more than 30 experts in the real estate field, recognized as one of the top teams in Florida. Across a career spanning more than 20 years, Dondi has closed more than $650 million in sales, and earned numerous accolades and credentials, including as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, e-PRO Internet Professional, and Global Luxury Specialist.

Renowned her proficiency and knowledge, Dondi is regularly called upon within her profession as a speaker and representative. Her goal, and the philosophy on which The Hopkins Team operates, is to produce quality work one hundred percent of the time, and to always give more than her best efforts on behalf of clients. The Hopkins Team focuses on new construction and development, resale, and luxury residential properties, working closely with developers and an extensive network of partners to facilitate all aspects of the real estate transaction. Dondi's achievements go well beyond her accomplishments as a real estate professional and extend deeply into her community, believing it essential to give back meaningfully. She is the founder of Women in Charge, a local women's networking group, and has supported the Educational Advisory Board for Plantation, Art in the Park Kids Corner, the Plantation Junior Women's Club, and Relay for Life, among other organizations, as a board or committee member. Dondi and her husband have four children, and she enjoys coaching for their local sports teams. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and time with family.
