I have been licensed since 1984 and a broker since 1988. Before going into real estate sales full-time in 1999, I worked in the mortgage industry which has been beneficial to both buyers and sellers. I am a CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI(Graduate of the REALTOR Institute). Lou Anne has been licensed since 2000 & also has her GRI designation. I enjoyed the friendly, laidback lifestyle of Wilson so we stayed here and now I often encourage others to do the same! I enjoy making new friends, music, swimming, photography, videography, nature/wildlife observation, cooking, the beach, college & pro sports and remodeling houses. I am a production volunteer at the local TV station, WRAY. We are both actively involved in our church, adult choir, trustee, deacon, etc. I have also been on the Wilson MLS board. Lou Anne loves "hands on" remodeling which includes tackling the "hard" stuff. She likes taking something that nobody else sees the value in & renewing it into something useful & beautiful! She even has her own tools including power tools, saws, etc. and loves to do projects from refurbishing furniture, kitchen remodels & building from scratch. She also loves children, animals, nature, singing, photography, painting, the outdoor, the beach & physical activity - she even works at a stand up style desk!
