Don Preisser

I am more than a real estate agent; I am an expert resource for my clients and a partner in finding the perfect home. My professional background in the corporate world coupled with years of experience in every aspect of the real estate industry.

I spent years as a real estate investor, restoring historic homes in the Denver area and doing "scrape and new-builds". I have extensive knowledge in the custom and semi-custom building industry and pass this on to my clients to help them make fully informed decisions. "I believe a Realtor must be available, responsive, creative, and proactive."

I successfully fulfill the diverse real estate needs of customers throughout Denver, and other luxury communities in the area. I help find the dream homes for my the first time buyers to my mid-level and luxury home clients. Because of my experience in investing and home rebuilding, I am able to offer added insight to my customers about the quality of construction of a home.

I offer a wealth of business experience to my clients. Earning a B.S. degree in Economics from Kansas State University, I went on to various top-level positions at major corporations.

During my years in the corporate world, I worked for an international grain export company (GARNAC) as a trader, a financial analyst for IBM in Boulder and then as head of corporate credit and collection for Ciber Inc., an international IT company. My professional background lends to my excellent organizational skills and strong planning, budgeting, business development, and negotiation capabilities.

I am a church member, devoted father and active member of my community. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, reading, and volunteering my time coaching little league baseball. I do volunteer work for Children's Hospital where my dog Flip is part of their Pet RX program and makes children and parents happy by letting them pet him and taking those few precious moments of forgetting about reality. Flip loves his job and so do I. I am also a monthly blood donor with Bonfils where I donate whole blood and platelets for cancer patients.
