Don Jerue and Team Elite just recently sold a home for us in Frostproof FL. They did an amazing Job!! Don and the team are really on top of the market conditions and was always pro-active in offering sound advice in what, as we know, are some difficult market conditions, at this time. From the marketing photos and drone shots, to weekly visits to the property to make sure it showed well, Don and his team are well organized and very responsive. Don and his team are amazing! I was moving cross country and had a very short window to find a place, make an offer and fly back home to start the relocation process. Don had a ton of houses for me to look at in two days. Each one of them was a possibility, which is a tribute to how carefully he listened to my needs when we spoke on the phone. I enjoyed the time spent with Don and learned a lot about the area as we drove around. Thank you, Don for all of your hard work. Closing in 30 days from 2500 miles away is nearly an impossible feat, but you made it happen!!
