ZillowVERIFIEDAfter having Don and Cindy as our agents for a couple purchases and sales, I can say if you choose to hire them, their vast knowledge of the Dayton area market, their use of the internet to market your home, using professional staging and photographs/videos, and just the ease they will put you in when you sit down to talk. We sold a home about 2 1/2 years ago, the day it went on the market, Thanksgiving Day, yes, which Don told us could happen, and we recently sold our condo, in about 30 days, pretty much the time frame he stated in the current market.
