Right from the beginning he showed honesty, professionalism and a true empathy for the situation. He not only helped my elderly mom sell her house but did it in a remarkably timely manner. Don even went out of his way to visit my mom, who is in a nursing home, just to make sure that he was meeting her needs. I can't imagine too many realtors would go to this extent.
