Since entering the real estate world in 2017, Dominick has worn many hats, from driving both inside and outside sales to serving as our lead listing agent, and now as Director of Sales. His rapid rise is a direct result of his dedication, performance, and mastery of the craft. With over 300 homes sold and more than $125 million in individual career volume, his track record speaks for itself as one of the top listing experts in the Upstate New York region. Together with Christine and the incredible members of The Marchesiello Team, they have helped lead the sale of over 1,500 homes since 2006, guiding countless clients through successful moves. His proudest accomplishment is having the team's core specialist agents consistently ranked in the Top 1% of the Capital Region MLS, year after year. Before transitioning into real estate, Dominick spent over a decade in the healthcare industry at Saratoga Hospital, where he worked as a physical therapist, clinical supervisor, and business development team leader at the Wilton Medical Arts site. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. Today, he continues to give back as a Trustee Member of the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Hospital Foundation, a role that reflects his deep commitment to making a lasting impact in the Saratoga Springs community. Dominick's journey into real estate was inspired by the passion and success of his wife, Christine. Together, they've built a powerhouse team rooted in service, strategy, and collaboration, while creating a meaningful way to grow both a thriving business and a life by design. Outside of real estate, Dominick is a proud husband and father of two beautiful girls. He's a dedicated dad who enjoys traveling with his family, spending summers on Lake George, and watching the horses in the heart of Saratoga.
