Dolph is truly a great relator that I would recommend to anyone in the Austin area. My wife & I were first time home buyers, and Dolph really helped make the experience less stressful due his expertise, responsiveness & genuine care that he has for his clients. We were moving from out of state, he really provided a smooth experience for us, but the most important charasterstic Dolph carries is genuine care for his clients. The whole time we had the pleasure to work with him we felt he was apart of the family. He really wanted to see my wife & I succeed in our move. I genuinely can't recommend Dolph any higher.

After losing out on several houses with a previous realtor, we knew we had to pivot to someone new. We signed up for a house tour via Zillow and were lucky enough to get in touch with Dolph Wilson. Due to the nature of the market, we had to move very quickly to give ourselves the best chance of winning the house. Dolph was ready from the get go and submitted our application within 4 hours of our very first time meeting. Dolph understands what it takes to win a house in an extremely competitive market, and while this may sound like a cliche attribute that every realtor should possess, my experience was that many other agents simply do not get this. Dolph was extremely focused, serious, helpful, informative throughout the process, and fought on our behalf. I would not have gotten this home if it weren't for Dolph and his winning attitude. He was an absolute joy to work with and I would highly recommend Dolph for your real estate needs.

dolph was a treat to work with. there was never a question he did not have an answer for. as first time homebuyers, he simplified all of the aEURoescaryaEUR? tasks necessary to close on a house. he was very responsive if we ever had a question, time sensitive or not. from a negotiation standpoint, he was to the point and professional and as a result we were able to get the house for less. would highly recommend dolph.
