ZillowVERIFIEDGreg sold our home in Iowa Hill in 2023. He's now helped us to buy an off-grid home in Camptonville. Stuck it out for almost a year! Poor guy. The buyer tried to sell a home he didn't fully own which came up in title so it fell thru. Then it came back on the market still not totally ready to be sold. So many shenanigans. He handles difficult people very well, not taking anything personal. The best way to describe him is he's a grown up. Looking forward to having him sell our current home in Sierra City, hopefully very soon. I honestly feel you can't find anyone better whether you're buying or selling.
