Dodie is a native of Johnston County and has comprehensive knowledge of the Eastern NC and Triangle area real estate markets. She has over 20 years of real estate experience, is well versed at all aspects of the real estate industry and offers refined negotiating skills. After graduating from Campbell University she immediately obtained her Real Estate license in 1998 and has successfully assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. In my many years of real estate sales I have been fortunate to work with both buyers and sellers of residential homes, new construction, investment properties and land.

My family has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry throughout my entire life. My father was a General Contractor many years ago and the knowledge I acquired during that time has proved to be invaluable. Becoming a Realtor simply seemed to be the right path for me.
I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Campbell University. Although that may seem irrelevant to the real estate industry, it has helped me better understand each clients perspective and help them get through the stressful process of buying or selling.
