We met Dilyn about a year ago at an open house while we were looking for an investment / second home in the Carson Valley. He was informative, energetic and patient. Fast forward to a year later when he listed our condo in Incline Village. We received an above-asking price offer the next day and we accepted it. Soon after we found our home in Minden.
