She worked hard to research home options and ensured I had variety of choices. She applied learnings from our visits and showings to further refine her search and the homes options became more and more appealing where each became an option I wanted to make an offer on. Once we found my ultimate purchase it was her network of attorneys, insurance agents and inspectors I leveraged to complete the process all of whom were equally attentive and knowledgeable. Diana was a strong advocate for me with prospective sellers and always had my best interests at heart. She provided invaluable guidance around comparables, market trends and insights which helped me to make competitive offers. Diana was extremely responsive and very sensitive to my demanding schedule. Whether on weekdays, weekends, mornings or evenings she would find opportunities to show homes based on my availability. She also was a great sounding board during or immediately following a showing where we'd debrief my thoughts and concerns about the home but also offer her own thoughts with my priorities in mind. Truth be told my home buying experience with Diana was amazing and that culminated with my recent home purchase that I could not possibly be happier with.
