Dianna also diligently helped the homeowner prepare the home for sale, including a lot of hands-on work, she did personally to make sure the house looked amazing, Dianna was always available to help us in anyway we needed and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for either listing your house or as a buyers agent

Needless to say, I can appreciate Terrific Real Estate people when I work with them. Dianna is one of the exceptional handful of people that you have the good fortune of working with, once in a lifetime. We met her at an open house and she took our information and requirements. She kept us in mind, and when she heard a property was going to be placed on the market, she contacted us. It was just what we wanted; and, we started to negotiate to buy it before it was listed. In spite of Diannas efforts, the seller elected to list it. But Dianna persevered and she carefully guided us through the process, and through her efforts, the seller accepted our offer. BUT, that is where Diannas efforts on our behalf really began. She got us the best inspection team we could ask for and they identified items that needed to be dealt with. Even though we were in a tight sellers market she negotiated concessions on our behalf that were fair and did not upset the seller. After we closed, Dianna referred us to some really amazing contractors/repair people who did exceptional work in converting the property into what we had envisioned. She was patient, kind, and professional all the way. We consider her one of our new friends. She is, without doubt, a true professional, who loves her work and her clients. Nuff said!!!!!!
