Diania Alfonso

I would like to start off by saying, meeting Diania was the best thing that could had happened to both my husband and I. Jonathan has just gotten back from deployment and I was living in NY with two kids. Having to find a place to live in a good neighborhood and school all in one week was stressful as it sounds. Diania came to us through a friend of a friend. She left a bbq she was attending one Saturday to show us houses once she knew our situation. Next day, she had a list of three houses and did a viewing, on a Sunday ! Just to say, negotiating, paper work, and documentation needed was all done in a week. Diania answered all our questions, was always available for us. We've met varies time for discussion. She devoted her full attention to us. Communication is key, which there was no issues. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and mostly importantly, Diania put her clients interest first. She's an amazing person and we trust her completely.

Diania Alfonso is a wonderful person. She helped us find the perfect house when we decided to go to a single story house from a two story. She went as far as to show us a house that her and her family were considering the possibility of purchasing for themselves. She introduced us to the sellers and helped us through all the paperwork of buying a new home. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a house.
