Diane is a true professional. Never pressure, but always there to guide and suggest alternatives. I live out of town and my elderly parents are in a nursing home and she went above and beyond to make the process smooth. She coordinated so many things for us such as sale of the contents, landscaping, carpet cleaning, garbage pick up, disposal of pool table...the list goes on! I met with 4 different agents to interview and determine which would work well for me. The other three said a bunch of things that sounded good, but Diane has a track record going back several years, and I could see why she had been so successful. I chose Diane. I was definitely not disappointed. She was knowledgable, attentive, went above and beyond to assist with the sale, and make it easier for me (I previously moved out of the area so checking on the home often was not feasible). I worked in sales for 30 years before retiring, so I set a high bar for those that offer their professional services. It would not be a stretch to say that I absolutely made the right choice- and I would say that even if she hadn't sold the home over list, or hadn't spent almost two hours assisting with some cleaning in the home, or hadn't put me in touch with someone promptly to maintain the yard in my absence, and clearly acted in my best interest as my advocate. My only regret is that this is the last of our properties in the Toledo area- I wish I would have found Diane sooner!! Outstanding!
