Selling our house was a very big decision. Finding an experienced realtor like Diane gave us a person who would guide us through the process. She presented us with data to aid us in pricing, she made herself available to advise us on preparing our house to put on the market and she walked us through every step from the offers to negotiating to the final contract. Because of her incredible understanding of the market and her aggressive strategies, our home sold in 5 days. Diane is an articulate communicator and as a result, we felt part of the entire process from the first sit down to the closing. The home showing texting system that her office uses was a valuable tool to keep us informed of showing appointments and inspections. We had already relocated to our new home during the whole process but we knew we were in great hands as Diane went above and beyond for us.
