Lately we have helped quite a few sellers move into assisted living. It is a very emotional process for individuals and their families. We provide the utmost care and communication. Assisting in everything from packing, donating, staging and emotional support. We provide many helpful resources for everything from handyman, cleaners, yard maintenance, movers, organizers, to trust attorneys, and estate sale planners. With our full service approach, we are never too busy to roll up our sleeves and lend a hand! These are some of the hardest transactions but also the most rewarding!
I joined my husband Kevin at Coldwell Banker in 2011 after a few years at home with our young kids. Previously, I staged model homes, volunteered around our community, and managed retail department stores, so the transition to real estate was very natural! Kevin began in real estate in 2001, with a background in lending, so with our skill sets we make a great team and cover all aspects of a transaction from staging to sold!
My degree is in Communications and marketing, and I worked as a model home stager so I really enjoy working with clients and making homes look their best. My years of volunteering with the schools and various non-profits around town have left me with extensive community knowledge and connections that have been very beneficial to our clients and business.
