We don?t live in the area, so we were counting on Kevin and Diane to guide us to the right neighborhood and property. They went above and beyond with communication and with only one day in town to see properties, we were able to put an offer in. Besides the relief knowing we didn?t need to make another trip to the area, they went above and beyond once the purchase was finalized to make sure all repairs and inspections and contractors were able to access our new home.
